Participants are challenged to prepare gastronomic masterpieces within a limited timeframe, judged not only on taste but also on presentation and technical execution. The Bocuse d'Or is revered as one of the most prestigious culinary competitions globally, attracting the attention of professional chefs, food enthusiasts, and media worldwide.

United Robotics Group (URG) is pleased to announce its participation in the Bocuse d'Or
Europe Selections for the first time. Our innovative serving robot, Plato, will be making its debut appearance at this esteemed event.
Plato's Role at Bocuse d'Or Europe Selections:
Plato is designed to enhance hospitality by automating labor-intensive tasks and promoting the well-being of restaurant staff. At Bocuse d'Or Europe Selections, Plato will demonstrate its capabilities in a variety of ways:
- Presence on the Competition Stage and in the Aisles: With three Plato units stationed strategically, attendees will witness Plato's seamless movement and intelligent navigation firsthand.
- Demonstration of Use Cases: Plato will showcase its versatility by performing tasks such as clearing competition tables, promoting specials, and operating in follow-me mode. These demonstrations will highlight Plato's adaptability to diverse environments and its potential to enhance guest experiences.
- Accessories and Customization: Plato will be equipped with rectangular trays and customized with the sleek Plato black design, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
